This hands-on role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of systems while delivering excellent service to our customers.What you'll doDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, etc.)Perform preventative maintenance and inspectionsRespond to service calls in a timely and professional mannerRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsCommunicate findings and recommendations clearly to customersComplete service documentation accurately and on timeEnsure all work is performed in compliance with safety standardsWhat we're looking forHigh school diploma or GED required, technical certification in HVAC or related field preferred.3+ years of commercial HVAC service experienceStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsExperience working with rooftop units and commercial systemsEPA Certification required (Universal preferred)Valid driver's license with clean driving recordStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple service callsNice-to-havesExperience with chillers and large commercial equipmentNATE Certification (preferred)Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) a plusEqual Opportunity Employer
