Maintenance Manager

JOB SUMMARYA Maintenance Supervisor is the lead of the maintenance department. The position oversees and coordinates all maintenance activities related to CNC machines and equipment within the facility and the facility itself. This role is crucial in ensuring CNC machines operate efficiently, reliably, and safely while minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelops and implements a maintenance plan for CNC machines and auxiliary equipment.Schedules routine preventive maintenance tasks to minimize unplanned downtime.Diagnoses and troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems on CNC machines and all other equipment.Leads, trains, and supervises our team of Maintenance Technicians.Assigns tasks, sets priorities, and ensures the team works efficiently and safely.Keeps detailed records of maintenance activities and machine history.Coordinates with equipment suppliers and service providers for maintenance and repairs.Ensures that safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment.Identifies opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.Fosters transparent, open, and positive communication with team members.Requires working on and with aerial lifts.The above list reflects the general details describing the position's principles and essential functions.
