Maintenance ManagerAbout the OpportunityWe are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization to hire a Maintenance Manager to lead and optimize maintenance operations within a high-performing facility. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring CNC machines and equipment operate efficiently, safely, and with minimal downtime.What You’ll DoAs the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee all maintenance activities and lead a team of technicians to support production excellence. Key responsibilities include:Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programsSchedule and coordinate routine and emergency maintenance to minimize downtimeTroubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment issuesLead, coach, and supervise a team of Maintenance TechniciansAssign tasks, prioritize workload, and ensure safe, efficient operationsMaintain detailed maintenance records and equipment historiesPartner with external vendors and service providers for repairs and upgradesEnforce safety standards and promote a culture of workplace safetyIdentify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance reliability and reduce costsCommunicate effectively across departments to support production goalsWork with aerial lifts and support facility maintenance as neededWhat We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent10+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician (manufacturing environment preferred)Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, safety standards, and troubleshooting techniquesProven leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesStrong problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a manufacturing or technical fieldApprenticeship, vocational training, or certificationsPrior experience in maintenance leadership or manufacturing managementPrior experience working on/with CNC machinesWork Environment & Physical RequirementsManufacturing shop environment with moderate noise and exposure to machineryRegular standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50+ lbs occasionally)Exposure to oils, fluids, dust, and machining processesAbility to work at heights and operate man liftsWhy Join?Opportunity to lead a critical function within a growing manufacturing operationCollaborative, team-oriented cultureCompetitive compensation and benefitsStability and long-term career growth potential
