Being enterprising and independent shouldn’t mean getting shut out of the housing market - we’re here to fix that. We’re automating mortgage loan underwriting with the goal of instant, real-time decisions, resulting in wider access and affordability.  This speed, certainty and service for our B2B partners allows them to serve more homebuyers, with the products they need, at market leading rates. Role summaryAs a key member of the June Point Lending closing team, you'll  own the full closing lifecycle from pre-CTC through funding and post-closing. You'll manage third-party relationships with title companies, settlement agents, and attorneys while partnering with our technology team to build and refine the closing processes and automations that will enable June Point to scale.This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch role. You'll handle closings while serving as a key thought partner as we develop the systems and workflows that make our operations faster and more consistent. ResponsibilitiesClosing Execution — Own the full closing lifecycle: pre-CTC file review, closing document preparation, coordination with title/settlement agents and attorneys, funding authorization, and post-closing oversight.Pre-Closing Review — Audit files prior to CTC, catching title issues, fee discrepancies, CD errors, and investor overlay requirements before they become closing-day problems.Funding - Flexibility to cover the closing process including closing package review, order the wire, make sure the funds get to titleThird-Party Coordination — Serve as the primary point of contact post-CTC for brokers, title companies, settlement agents, and attorneys. Maintain strong, reliable relationships that reflect June Point's commitment to speed and service.Compliance — Ensure all closing documents meet state and federal regulatory requirements and investor guidelines across all states we operate in.Process Building — Document workflows, identify inefficiencies, and collaborate with our tech team to build automations that improve closing speed, accuracy, and scalability.Quality Control — Review closing packages for accuracy and completeness, manage post-closing trailing document delivery, and proactively resolve exceptions.What We’re Looking ForExperience — 4–8 years of mortgage closing experience. Non-QM experience (DSCR, bank statement, P&L) strongly preferred. Wholesale or correspondent lending experience preferred.Technical Expertise — Deep knowledge of closing documentation, TRID/RESPA compliance, title review, and multi-state closing requirements.Startup Mindset — Thrives in early-stage environments where you're building from scratch.
