Find your future with us.The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) Organization is looking for a Flight Test Engineer – Test Conductor in Berkeley, MO to support F-15 flight test programs, including Qatar, Saudi, Korea, Japan, Israel, Singapore, and future F-15 programs.Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Experienced Flight Test Engineers – Test Conductors.Position Responsibilities:Plan, Author, and Coordinate various modifications across different teams and different sitesWork and manage different programs concurrentlySupport the maintenance team with flight preparation sheets as requiredSupport distributed test operations as requiredPlan and coordinate flight test mission requirements with responsible engineers from internal and external customersDevelop flight test and mission profiles, develop and publish test plans, create flight test cards, and manage test schedulesIdentify and coordinate the availability of test ranges and facilities with company and government agenciesEstablish test planning working groups, plan and conduct flight test readiness reviews, and conduct pre and post-test briefingsConduct ground and flight tests in accordance with established test plans and proceduresParticipate in post-test data evaluation and problem identification and resolutionPrepare and publish test summaries and test reportsLead and prepare for remote site deploymentsDevelop and document standardized test methods and processes to ensure repeatability and productivityApply lessons learned to the improvement of test proceduresOversee debriefing of the test teamApprove test data prior to delivery to customerFormulate expectations for test data based on historical dataWork under minimal directionBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. CitizenshipBachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statementWilling and able to travel up to 25-50% of the time both domestically and internationally1+ years of experience working in a lab test, flight test, or similar test environment1+ years of experience authoring test plans and/or test cards1+ years of experience executing tests in a control room environment as a flight test engineer (FTE), test conductor (TC), and/or test director (TD)Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceAn active U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
