Provides routine and complex care, with the ability to on long-range goals or plans. Continues to develop the ability to cope with and manage contingencies of clinical nursing. Makes appropriate assignments and delegates to other care providers as a means to help manage the clinical situation.Pediatric Surgical Unit. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to pediatric patients undergoing surgical procedures. This position involves ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients throughout the perioperative process. Additionally, the RN will be responsible for managing tracheostomy (trach) care with ventilator support and addressing other respiratory conditions.
