Ultradent, the global name in oral health, is seeking Machine Operators.4/10 Schedule (MTWTH 5AM-3:30PM) What You'll Need To SucceedThis position maintains production on a daily basis inside a clean room environmentAccurate documentation of manufacturing processes, both hand-written and electronicUnder minimum supervision set up, operate and clean machine (s)Learn to operate a variety of Machinery effectivelyWork with a team to accomplish department objectivesMaintain 5s condition in areaLoads and empties parts from machine, inspects for quality and packages productFocuses on following GMPs and SOPCommunicates with supervisor and technician when quality issues ariseMake necessary adjustments to MachineryMeet daily production schedules and quality standards by following work and safety instructionsVisually inspect component parts to insure all are built in compliance with current quality standard documentationWork safely to prevent on the job injuries, following safety procedures and observing potentially hazardous situationsWhat We're Looking For In YouCandidates should have experience with filling/packaging of productsCandidates must have machine operating experienceHigh School diploma or equivalent is preferredMust be able to monitor QC of product for visual defectsMust be able to lift 40 pounds from floor level to above headMust be able to carry 80 poundsAbility to read, write and communicate effectively in EnglishTechnical mindsetMust be willing to work all machines as assignedMust have knowledge of basic math skillsExperience or understanding in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, TPM, SMED, TOC) a plusUltradent is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
