Speech - Language Pathologist ( SLP ) – PRN

Location: Harrogate Life Care Community – Lakewood, NJ Harrogate, a Life Plan Community, is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a PRN basis to support our Rehabilitation Therapy department. You will assess and treat residents with communication and swallowing disorders, promoting safe and effective function for daily living. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive communication, and swallowing disorders Create individualized treatment plans and goals Educate residents, caregivers, and family members on therapy techniques and strategies Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate care Document all services accurately and timely Participate in case conferences as needed Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current NJ SLP license Experience with geriatric populations preferred Schedule PRN – Day shifts available (8-hour shifts) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $65 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
