Job Title: Scrum MasterLocation: Lisle, ILOnsite/ Remote: Day 1 Onsite at customer locationKey ResponsibilitiesServe asScrum Masterfor one or more mobile application Scrum teamsFacilitate Agile ceremonies:Sprint PlanningDaily Stand-upsSprint ReviewsRetrospectivesCoach mobile development teams onScrum, Agile principles, and continuous improvementRemove impediments and proactively manage dependencies affecting mobile app deliveryCollaborate closely withProduct Ownersto ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlogTrack sprint progress using tools likeJira / Azure DevOpsand ensure transparency through Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, etc.)Foster strong collaboration betweeniOS, Android, QA, UX, DevOps, and backend teamsProtect the team from external interruptions and ensure focus on sprint goalsSupport Agile release planning and coordinate with cross-functional teamsPromote quality best practices including automated testing, CI/CD, and definition of done for mobile appsIdentify risks early and help teams adopt mitigation strategiesEncourage a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performanceRequired SkillsQualificationsBachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldProven experience as aScrum Masterinmobile application development projectsStrong understanding of:Scrum and Agile frameworksMobile app development lifecycle (iOSAndroid)Hands-on experience with Agile tools such asJira, Confluence, Azure DevOps , or similarExcellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to work with distributed and cross-functional teamsExperience supporting teams working withCI/CD pipelines and mobile app releasesStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsCertified Scrum Master (CSM) ,PSM , or SAFe certificationExperience working inScaled Agile environmentsKnowledge ofDevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based mobile buildsExposure tomobile app store release processes(Apple App Store / Google Play)Background as a developer, QA, or business analyst in mobile projects
