Interview : VideoVisa : USC, GCThis is hybrid from day-1 ( Need local candidates )Description :We're partnering with a leading enterprise organization to hire a Scrum Master who can go beyond traditional Agile facilitation and truly drive delivery and execution across teams.This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead delivery planning and align sprint execution with strategic prioritiesManage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordinationProvide visibility into delivery progress, metrics, and overall healthFacilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)Partner with Product Owners to ensure a prioritized, execution-ready backlogUse metrics (velocity, capacity, forecasting) to improve delivery predictabilityRemove impediments and drive continuous improvement across teamsWhat We're Looking For Experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Agile Delivery ManagerStrong experience managing cross-team dependencies in enterprise environmentsHands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar toolsStrong communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders and leadershipExperience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)Ability to go beyond ceremonies and own delivery outcomesNice to Have Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe)Background working with multiple teams or podsExperience with metrics dashboards and reporting
