Six-month renewable contract Clinic hours Monday through Friday 8 am to 7 pm, 1 to 5 pm Saturday and Sunday, holiday outpatient hours 1 to 5 pm.Duties include direct care and services to all patients. Provider will assess, diagnose, and set up plans of care. Diagnosis shall be assigned utilizing ICD-10 methodology. Care may include Covid-19 testing. Provider will follow JCAHO standards. EHR/record keeping must meet IHS guidelines.No call. No OT.Training provided on EHR.Maintain an active medical license in NM, active driver's license, require's current immunizations, fingerprinting conducted on-site.Payment determined by experience.
