Project Coordinator Location: Defiance, OH | Duration: Contract-to-Hire (6-7 months)Pay: $35 per hourClient: TPAM ( Topia CO.,LTD.)Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Tesla automotive launch activities scheduled for JulyCoordinate schedules, meetings, and action items with Tesla, suppliers, and internal TPAM teamsAssist the Program Manager with launch and pre-launch planning and executionSet up and track shipping of automotive parts and assembliesSupport coordination of automotive closure components including doors, hoods, rear hatches, falcon doors, and body sidesTrack project timelines, deliverables, and risksParticipate in frequent Microsoft Teams meetings and maintain clear written documentationSupport potential transition to additional Tesla projects if awardedRequired QualificationsExperience as a Program Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or PM support role (automotive preferred but not required)Strong written and verbal communication skillsBasic understanding of manufacturing and logistics processesAbility to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across teamsComfortable working in a fast-paced, launch-driven environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting OEM or Tier 1/Tier 2 automotive launchesFamiliarity with project management tools (Microsoft Project or similar - not required)Automotive manufacturing or supply chain exposureRecent engineering graduate with launch or PM support experience
