Job DescriptionRole : Full-Stack Clojure Lead DeveloperLocation: Candidates have to go Day 1 onsite for 6 weeks at Minneapolis, MN after that it will be remote Duration: Long term (Contract/Fulltime)What is in it for you?As a Full-Stack Clojure Lead Developer, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards .Responsibilities: -• We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Clojure, Clojure Script, Groovy, Python, and MySQL.• The ideal candidate will also have experience with CI/CD processes and AWS infrastructure, including AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK).• This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the scalability and performance of our applications.Experience: -• 10+ YearsLocation: -• Minneapolis, MN - RemoteEducational Qualifications: -• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.Skills: -Mandatory skills• 10+ years of professional experience in software development.• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using Clojure, Clojure Script, Groovy, Python, and MySQL.• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define software requirements and specifications.• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards.• Write unit tests of the code and ensure that code coverage is more than 80%• Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline the development process.• Deploy and manage applications on AWS infrastructure using AWS CDK.• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.• Strong proficiency in Clojure, Clojure Script, Groovy, Python, and MySQL.• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) and AWS CDK.• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.Recruiter DetailsName Prashant PalMob.
