Paid Media Strategist
Our client, a leading Amazon and eCommerce consulting partner that works with global brands to drive marketplace growth through strategic advertising, operational optimization, analytics, and digital commerce solutions is looking for a senior-level Digital Advertising Strategist to own and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns, and drive performance and ROI through data-driven decision-making. This Strategist will act as a subject matter expert, lead key initiatives, and mentor junior team members while partnering cross-functionally to align strategy with client goals.Responsibilities:Own and manage Amazon search advertising campaigns across multiple clientsDevelop and execute digital advertising strategies to drive ROI and performanceAnalyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable optimization plansAlign advertising strategies with overall retail and client business objectivesConduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign directionIdentify and implement opportunities to improve campaign performance and impactCommunicate regularly with internal teams and clients on performance and strategyLeverage tools (including AI) to improve efficiency and campaign outcomesLead projects and drive initiatives that improve operational performance and client satisfactionServe as a subject matter expert (SME) in key functional areas and contribute to training contentMentor junior team members and support team developmentParticipate in team scrums, training, and ongoing knowledge developmentEnsure performance meets or exceeds established KPIsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or related field5+ years of digital marketing experienceMust have agency experienceMust have strong experience with Amazon Ads (Amazon Ad Console required)Experience with additional platforms (Google Ads, Walmart Connect, or similar) preferredProven ability to manage and optimize performance-driven ad campaignsStrong analytical, data-driven mindset with ability to interpret and act on dataExcellent communication skills with both internal teams and clientsStrong project management skills and ability to lead initiativesProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reportingAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience mentoring or training junior team members preferredSalary Expectations: $90-150k
