Location: San Diego, California (On-site position)Salary Range: 60.000 - 75.000Marketing Manager (Digital Sales Support) About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our Digital Sales team. This role plays an essential part in ensuring seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction. The Marketing Coordinator works across departments, assists in client-facing initiatives, and helps bring digital campaigns to life from strategy to launch to performance reporting.Key Responsibilities Support the sales team with client meetings, presentations, and follow-up materialsAssist with on-site social media shoots, content creation, and coordination of digital assetsCollaborate with sales, planning, creative, and fulfillment teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and run smoothlyProvide weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insightsContribute to digital strategy across all verticals, including SEM, Paid Social, Video/OTT, Display, and EmailDraft ad copy and assist with content writing for Google, Meta, and other digital platformsMonitor active campaigns, troubleshoot pacing and performance issues, and escalate when necessaryConduct client and market research to support sales proposals and presentationsAssist in the development of digital proposals and campaign recapsMaintain accurate records in digital order management and reporting systemsPerform additional support tasks as assigned by the Digital Sales ManagerMaintain CRM records and ensure client information, sales activity, and campaign notes are up to dateIdeal Candidate A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environmentExcited to work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and digital mediaNaturally organized with strong attention to detail and deadlinesCreative with an eye for content, social media, and storytellingComfortable juggling multiple projects and collaborating with different teamsCurious and eager to learn new digital marketing tools and strategiesA team player who takes initiative and adds value beyond assigned tasksQualifications 1–2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or digital media (agency or publisher experience a plus)Understanding of digital media metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)Strong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); Adobe Creative Cloud a plusAbility to analyze campaign data and present clear insightsBilingual (Spanish/English) a plusOther DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
