Aux Talent is partnering with a highly respected private investment firm to find a Receptionist to support their large San Diego office. This is a highly visible, hospitality-driven role focused on creating an exceptional experience for executives, clients, and guests while helping the office operate seamlessly day to day.The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, service-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, high-touch environments. This role sits at the center of the office and requires someone who notices the details, takes initiative, and enjoys owning a space.Typical duties (but are not limited to): guest check-in and front desk management, conference room setup and reset, office sweeps and restocking, vendor coordination, catering and lunch ordering, workplace operations support, meeting preparation, inventory management, handling deliveries, maintaining an elevated office environment, and supporting overall office flow and efficiency.Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, professional services, support, or workplace operations environments; polished and professional demeanor; highly organized and detail-oriented; proactive and self-motivated; comfortable in a fast-paced, executive-facing environment; strong communication skills and ability to take feedback well.Schedule: Full Time, onsitePay: $65,000–$75,000/year + 10% bonusLocation: Del Mar, CA
