Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sign Installation role based in Birmingham, AL. The Sign Installer will be responsible for safely installing custom signs and lighting systems according to client specifications. Responsibilities include site preparation, operating tools and equipment, mounting signage, and ensuring a high level of workmanship and attention to detail. The role also involves troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure that installed signs and lighting systems function efficiently. Qualifications Physical ability to perform sign installation tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working at heightsExperience with tools and equipment required for sign installation, such as drills, saws, and electrical toolsBasic knowledge of electrical wiring and lighting systemsUnderstanding of safety procedures and rules related to construction and installation workStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent time-management and organizational skillsGood communication skills and ability to work as part of a teamPossession of a valid driver’s license is requiredPrior experience in sign installation or a similar role is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional training in related fields is desirable
