Senior Equipment Maintenance TechnicianKelly Engineering is hiring a Senior Equipment Maintenance Technician to support a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role working directly on critical fab equipment in a 24/7 operation.What You’ll Do:Perform maintenance and repair on semiconductor equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and vacuum systemsSupport uptime and minimize tool downtimeWork with engineers and maintenance teams on escalationsFollow cleanroom and safety protocolsDocument work and support continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking For:3+ years of experience with equipment maintenance experience Semiconductor fab experience (REQUIRED)Experience with tools like Etch, Litho, or Vacuum systemsStrong troubleshooting skillsComfortable working 12-hour shifts (days or nights)Team-oriented and reliableSchedule:12-hour compressed schedule3–4 days per weekDay or night shift availableWhy This Role:Stable, long-term opportunityOvertime potentialWork with advanced semiconductor equipmentOpportunity to convert full-time
