On-site  ·  Herndon, VAMust be a US CitizenContractor will be required to travel to the Chantilly facility once a monthResponsibilitiesAssist Sr. Facilities Manager with administrative supportProvide front reception desk support for guests, visitors, and employeesAssist in oversight and coordination of janitorial, food service, coffee services, badging, and fitness center waiversManage stocking of pantry and office suppliesCoordinate incoming and outgoing mailIssue office announcements via electronic distribution listsAssist with dispatching of maintenance service requests to LandlordOrganize and maintain filing system for all reports, vendor invoices, proposals, etc. Maintain current list of vendor contacts, emergency contact info, and property informationCoordinate catering and lunch program schedulingProvide support for meetings and conference room reservations as neededProvide monthly on-site support for Chantilly, VA office on an as-needed basisAny and all other duties and tasks as assignedRequirementsBachelor's degree and/or adequate equivalent experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointSecurity clearance preferred but not requiredQualifications & CompetenciesStrong communication and analytical skillsTeam player attitude; positive, outgoing, and customer service–oriented mindset is a mustHighly organized, efficient, and extremely detail orientedAbility to prioritize work across multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment while interacting with varying seniority levelsDemonstrated strength in both oral and written communication skillsAbility to interact with professional courtesy and tact among vendors, employees, and guests at all levelsSelf-motivated individual with the capacity to take on additional responsibilities as needed
