Supervisor, Clinic Operations

Position in this function is responsible for supervising clinic team, overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, and providing direction, leadership and guidance to staff. Collaborates with other site leaders, providers, regional partners, and support functions to execute plans and achieve site goals. Primary Responsibilities:Coordinates resources, supervises teams, and is accountable for day-to-day clinic operations Leads clinic team including medical receptionists, medical assistants, and/or LVNs Collaborates with clinicians and ancillary leaders to coordinate and deliver quality care Ensures resolution of patient concerns or operational challenges using defined processes, expertise and judgment, and escalates as appropriate Monitors performance and utilizes data to deliver results on key metrics such as access, quality, practice efficiency, and budget Regularly conducts care walks to ensure consistent execution of standard work and provides coaching and retraining when necessary Supports an engaged and productive site/team culture through routine communications including daily huddles, 1 on 1s, and staff meetings Recruitment, onboarding, and development of team Ensures adherence with organizational and regulatory policies by following established procedures, defined business plan, and consulting respective support functions as needed Other duties as assigned You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent 1+ years of experience Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel) Driver's License and access to reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications:3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting Managed care and/or ambulatory care experience Experience leading projects or team Proven to be resilient and adaptive to changing environments Demonstrates an innovative and continuous improvement mindset Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $49,700 to $88,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
