If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet youAbout YouYou enjoy creating amazing landscapes and making a difference in their lives through the work that we perform.You enjoy building long-term relationships and becoming a trusted advisor, not just another salesperson.You follow through, finish what you start, and take ownership of your work from first meeting to final walkthrough.You take pride in presenting yourself professionally and representing a company with confidence and credibility.You want to be part of a team that holds a high standard, supports each other, and takes pride in creating outdoor spaces that people truly enjoy.If this is you, read on!ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue by closing profitable landscape projects and maintenance contracts that meet or exceed sales and margin targets.Manage and advance all leads through the sales pipeline with disciplined follow-up, clear next steps, and zero dropped opportunities.Prepare, present, and sell detailed proposals that align scope, budget, and client vision while setting production up for success.Develop complete and accurate production plans that allow projects to be executed efficiently and without confusion.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners to generate repeat business and consistent introductions.Own all administrative and communication responsibilities, including CRM updates, scheduling coordination, and rapid resolution of client issues.Lead the client experience from first contact through completion, ensuring consistent communication and a finished product that exceeds expectations.Qualifications3+ years of experience in the landscaping industry, specifically in residential landscape salesLandscape design experience preferredStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license and reliable transportationCertified Landscape Professional (CLP) or equivalent certification is a plus
