In addition to providing excellent customer service and pest control/rodent services, you will also have the opportunity to sell and grow your route.A Truly Nolen Field Service Technician serves as a neighborhood pest expert, combining route sales, customer education, and hands-on pest/rodent control. Technicians operate independently, driving company vehicles to inspect properties, apply treatments, and build long-lasting client relationships.Core ResponsibilitiesInspections & Treatments: Assess residential and commercial properties to identify pest, rodent, and termite issues, applying targeted treatments using Integrated Pest Management (IPM).Route Management: Manage a daily route, drive a company vehicle, and proactively sell additional services to grow your territory.Exclusion Work: Perform preventative and corrective tasks, including trapping, nest removal, and physical mechanical exclusion (such as sealing off entry points).Customer Education: Advise clients on sanitation, habitat modification, and ongoing prevention techniques to resolve their pest problems effectively.Compliance & Paperwork: Accurately complete service records, chemical usage logs, and treatment reports while following all safety and regulatory guidelinesMinimum qualifications include:Ability to work Full-TimePrevious experience working with customersEnjoy working indoors and outdoorsValid TEXAS Driver's License with a Good Driving RecordAgree to Criminal Background and Drug TestingBe able to work outdoors, climb ladders, and go into small spacesNO COLLEGE DEGREE OR BACKGROUND IN PEST CONTROL NEEDED!Our company's world-renowned training department will provide you with all of the training and skills you will need to be successful.You will receive ongoing incentive plans, a company car (or should we say "MOUSE CAR!"), along with continuous training and development.
