We value family and are committed to work and family balance.Position OverviewWe are seeking to fill a newly created position of an experienced Construction Estimator to lead projects from initial pricing through final completion. This dual-role position is critical to our success, combining precise estimating with hands-on project management. You will oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication while ensuring every project meets our high standards for quality and design.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, enjoys both pre-construction planning on-site management, and takes pride in delivering exceptional residential interiors. The majority of our job sites are within 80 miles of North Platte and will note require overnight stays.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based bonusesMonday – Friday, 8am – 5pm (no weekends, holidays or overnights)Opportunities for growth within a small, high-end construction teamKey ResponsibilitiesEstimating & Pre-ConstructionPrepare accurate, detailed estimates for residential remodelsReview plans, specifications, and site conditions to develop comprehensive scopes of workSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids; create project budgetsAssist with proposal preparation, contracts, and client presentationsProject ManagementLead multiple remodeling projects from start to finishDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cash flow trackingCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers efficientlyConduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety standardsAddress field issues, changes, and unforeseen conditions promptlyClient & Team CommunicationServe as primary client contact during constructionCommunicate project updates, schedule changes, and budget impacts clearlyManage change orders and approvalsCollaborate closely with designers and internal team membersQuality & Close-OutEnsure all work aligns with design intent and company standardsConduct punch-list walk throughs and oversee project close-outsManage final billing, documentation, and warranty proceduresQualifications5+ years in residential construction, remodeling, or related fieldProven experience in estimating and project management for interior renovationsStrong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencingExperience with high-end or custom residential projects preferredProficient with estimating software, project management tools, and spreadsheetsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsSkills & AttributesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivatedExcellent communication and client-service skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAppreciation for craftsmanship, design, and high-quality finishesAPPLY NOW!If you take pride in delivering exceptional residential interiors and want to grow with a detail-driven, high-end remodeling team, we'd love to hear from you!
