Java Developer with ATG

Overview In this role you will contribute to Oracle ATG/Commerce implementations within a global delivery environment, leveraging strong Java/J2EE expertise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform requirements into robust systems and integrations, shaping e-commerce platforms at scale. You’ll work on SOA services, ATG modules, and project lifecycles, delivering client-focused solutions that impact business outcomes. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Java/J2EE applications and ATG/Oracle Commerce solutionsImplement and integrate REST and SOAP-based services within a SOA approachLeverage ATG framework modules (DAS, DPS, DSS, DCS, B2CCommerce, Publishing) and customize/operate Oracle Commerce platformsTranslate functional and non-functional requirements into system requirements and technical designsParticipate in the full software development lifecycle and build processes with tools like Eclipse, RAD, SoapUI, XML Spy, ANT, SVN, CVSSet up and configure ATG/Oracle Commerce environments including BCC for content development and deploymentIntegrate ATG with third-party applications and explore related technologies (Endeca Search, CSC)Engage in client interfacing, gather requirements, and support telecom domain projects within a global delivery contextDemonstrate strong analytical skills and contribute to project success across the lifecycle Key requirementsAt least 4 years in Java/J2EE and ATG frameworksAt least 4 years in Java/J2EE technologiesAt least 2 years in REST & SOAP SOAAt least 2 years in ATG frameworksAt least 4 years in SDLCAt least 3 years translating requirements to system requirementsAt least 3 years server-side programming with Core Java, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, JavaBeans, EJB, log4JAt least 3 years in build/tools (Eclipse, RAD, SoapUI, XML Spy, ANT, SVN, CVS)At least 3 years working with Oracle Commerce ATG modules (DAS, DPS, DSS, DCS, B2CCommerce, Publishing)At least 1 year customization of Oracle Commerce, installation and configurationExperience in setting up BCC environments for content development and deploymentExperience with BCC, CSC, Endeca Search; ATG integrations with 3rd partiesFull lifecycle ATG implementation experienceGood client interfacing and analytical skillsExperience in telecom domainWillingness to work in a global delivery environmentUS work authorization requiredclient interfacinganalytical thinkingteam collaborationJava/J2EEATG/Oracle CommerceREST
