This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily jobsite activities, managing crews and subcontractors, maintaining schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.The ideal candidate brings 7-10 years of civil construction experience, strong technical knowledge of plans and grading, and the leadership ability to drive performance while maintaining a positive, safety-first culture.Who We AreBlack Rock Enterprises is a respected civil construction contractor specializing in utilities, industrial projects, government work, and site development.
