As a Lift Truck Specialist, you’ll be a safety champion and a logistics problem-solver—positioning materials exactly where they’re needed to keep manufacturing on schedule. You’ll collaborate closely with teammates, keep a sharp eye on equipment health, and protect product quality every time you pick, place, load, or unload.Key responsibilitiesOperate forklifts to safely transport, stage, and relocate products across the facility and yard.Execute accurate loading and unloading of trucks and containers.Conduct pre-use inspections; escalate safety or maintenance concerns.Support inventory accuracy and assist with stock organization and placement.Uphold safety standards and company policies in all tasks.Coordinate with coworkers to ensure timely, efficient operations and deliveries.Report equipment malfunctions and potential hazards immediately.What sets you up for successHigh school diploma or GED.Valid forklift certification.Proven forklift experience within a manufacturing environment.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety.Physically able to lift heavy items and handle demanding tasks.Effective communicator who works well within a team.Basic computer proficiency for inventory-related tasks.Expect to work primarily outdoors, with routine exposure to varying weather conditions.ProficienciesOSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)Material Handler ExperienceHeavy Material HandlingForklift LicensedMeets Physical RequirementsHigh School / GEDExperience in a Manufacturing EnvironmentMachines & technologiesOverhead CraneForklifts
