Your Opportunity at ARC'TERYX:As the Operations Coordinator, you assist multiple functions throughout the organization to support the day-to-day operations and execution of the End-to-End Arc'teryx product creation strategy, with a focus on Footwear. You maximize efficiency and enable the team to achieve business targets. You bring your curiosity and passion to support the creation and streamlining of efficient and effective operational processes.This role is based out of our Portland office and is open to hybrid work.Meet Your Future Team:The Product Creation Operations team optimizes the intersection of product, supporting cross-functional teams to improve alignment, communication, and processes around product. We build a foundation for excellence through reinforcing product strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, budgeting, and reporting.If you were an Operations Coordinator now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:Supporting the product creation phase of our seasonal Innovation-to-Consumer (I2C) calendar to ensure deliverables are executed on time, and that any risks or changes to plan are communicated to all impacted teamsBuilding close relationships with business teams and supporting change management initiatives and stakeholder engagementDocumenting cross functional processes through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Maintaining SmartSheets, user guides, online help tools and other system and procedure-related documentation as requiredAssist in creating documents and presentations using tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Miro, leveraging your creativity and technical skills to inform and inspire our team towards greater successSupporting the scheduling of meetings, milestones and with organizing eventsAssisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing key findings and insights related to product operationsParticipating in team meetings and contributing ideas and insights to maximize operational efficiencyPlaying an active role in the maintenance of best practices aligned with the directive of the Product Operations team and change management communicationsUpholding Fair Labor Association's Workplace Code of Conduct and Principles of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing, throughout the Arc'teryx supply chainHere are some things you could be working on in the future:Supporting with the evolution of the I2C process, documentation, and stakeholder activation across various product categoriesScorecarding End-to-End processes - providing overview of successes, opportunities and insightsAre you our next Operations Coordinator?You have 1+ years' experience in an operational role, in a project coordination, product operations, or product management environmentYou have experience supporting a calendar and using a project management toolYou are able to demonstrate a high level of analytical and critical thinking, alongside a strong business acumenYou have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of stakeholdersYou have the ability to explain, articulate, and document concepts, business processes, systems, and business requirements efficientlyYou have confidence to communicate and collaborate amongst large and diverse audiencesYou have the ability to effectively manage multiple competing prioritiesYou have a willingness to improve your skills independently in new technologies and solutionsYou are proactive to identify the root cause of issues and seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is rightYou remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguityYou effectively balance autonomy and collaborationYou inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvementYour passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it$52,000 - $65,000 a yearA reasonable estimate of the pay range is USD $52,000 - USD $65,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
