The business is very strong in servicing the digital infrastructure market (data centres, fiber networks etc) as well and construction and manufacturing markets.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a General Manager, North America. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations and strategic initiatives in the North America region, working closely with the CEO, Global. This includes managing a team, developing and implementing business strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth and profitability. The role is based in Dallas, Texas.ResponsibilitiesBuild and execute business growth plans in conjunction with the global teamResponsibility for Nth America financial performance – P&L, budgets, cost controlResponsibility for Nth America sales and marketing, with a growing sales teamOversee Nth America recruitment and personnel processesSupport Program Managers in project planning, delivery, and client relationshipsEnsure the successful rollout of existing client contracts across multiple Nth American locationsQualifications and ExperienceProven leadership experience in a senior management roleStrong business acumen and strategic thinkingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersExperience in the audit and inspection industry an advantageKnowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards an advantageExperience with project management processes an advantageStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaborativelyBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, management) preferredRemunerationA complete salary package appropriate to the successful applicant's skills and experience, including benefits.
