The successful candidate will be the senior executive leader for the region, with full accountability for the business unit's P&L, strategic direction, and operational performance. This role involves leading all aspects of business development, operations, safety, finance, and people management, ensuring alignment with the national strategy while driving regional results. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary leader and decision-maker, developing and executing the regional business plan, fostering a performance-driven culture, and owning the regional P&L. The role also requires leading regional sales and business development efforts, championing the company's safety culture, and ensuring full compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.Applicants must have a proven track record as a senior P&L leader in construction, infrastructure, utility services, or a related industry, with experience in leading multi-site, multi-service operations. Strong financial acumen, leadership, communication, and people development skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or a related field is required, with an MBA preferred. The role demands a leader who can drive operational excellence, manage safety programs, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
