Press Brake OperatorWe're hiring a Press Brake Operator for a swing shift position to support a growing metal fabrication team. This role is ideal for someone with press brake or sheet metal experience who prefers a later schedule and enjoys working in a clean, organized, and well-run environment.You'll be responsible for setting up and operating press brake equipment to form metal parts accurately and efficiently while working closely with production, quality, and engineering teams.What You'll Be DoingSet up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal partsRead and interpret blueprints, job travelers, and work instructionsSelect tooling, adjust machine settings, and verify first-article accuracyPerform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications and tolerancesMeasure parts using calipers, micrometers, and tape measuresLoad and unload materials safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean and organized work areaSupport additional fabrication or production tasks as neededWhat We're Looking For (Not all skills are required flexibility based on experience)1+ year of press brake or sheet metal fabrication experienceAbility to read blueprints and understand bend allowancesExperience with CNC or manual press brakesStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to lift materials and stand for extended periodsComfortable using hand tools and measuring equipmentPrior experience in a manufacturing or metal shop environmentWhy You'll Like It HereUp to $28/hr depending on experienceSwing shift schedule (410s) long weekends every weekWeekly payRoom for growthJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
