Floating policy: No floating outside of the ED but must be open to floating to all sections in the ED. Previous HCA experience preferred. Must have: 2 years experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in ER setting, teamwork mentality, ability to coach and give feedback in real time. Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED.
