Welding Supervisor
ResponsibilitiesOversee weld quality, materials, equipment, and machine settings to ensure compliance with drawings and production standardsDesign fixtures, jigs, and process improvements to resolve welding issues and boost efficiencyExperience with Motoman/Yaskawa systems is beneficial; training provided for strong candidatesWork with multiple departments to ensure timely access to materials, equipment, and resourcesReport personnel, equipment, process, and fabrication concerns to the Production ManagerQualificationsProven experience supervising 4+ welders in a metal manufacturing environmentAWS (American Welding Society) Certification RequiredClear English reading, writing, and speaking; Spanish bilingual ability preferredEnergetic self‑starter with strong computer skills, organizational ability, and openness to change; SolidWorks familiarity is a plusStrong interpersonal and team‑building skills; able to manage multiple tasks and understand MIG, TIG, robotic welding, grinding, and related processes.Skilled in reading blueprints and weld symbols with solid knowledge of sheet‑metal gauges, alloys, and welding techniquesSalary: $32/hr. - $42/hr.Ask for: Aarti ManchandaAjulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
