Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Step into a dynamic contract position supporting both elementary and middle school students, where your expertise as a School Psychologist will play a key role in fostering academic and emotional growth. Serving two closely neighboring schools, you'll engage with students from Kindergarten through 8th grade, working collaboratively within a supportive educational environment.In this role, you'll be crucial in facilitating daily problem-solving processes, actively participating in the Student Intervention and Building Crisis Teams, and carrying out all aspects of school psychology services, including IEP evaluations and the delivery of student support services. Your insight will help shape a positive and inclusive school culture while making a meaningful contribution to student success.Ideal candidates will possess:Valid certification or licensure as a School PsychologistPrevious school-based experience working with K–8 populationsStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with IEP processes and evaluationsExpertise participating in intervention and crisis response teamsCollaborative approach with educators, families, and community resourcesExcellent communication, assessment, and consultation skillsKey responsibilities include:Conducting psychoeducational assessments and writing comprehensive evaluation reportsPartnering with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor Individualized Education ProgramsCollaborating on intervention strategies for academic and behavioral needsContributing to building-wide crisis prevention/preparedness effortsProviding consultation and support to staff and familiesThis is an onsite, full-time position with a standard work week of 37.5 hours, beginning July 30th and running through June 2nd.
