Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._**How you'll make an impact in this role**+ Evaluate patients with physical, emotional, cognitive, and/or psychosocial deficits.+ Design and implement patient-centered, effective treatment plans using appropriate modalities.+ Assess the patient's ability to safely perform independent living skills.+ Document patient progress, monitor, and modify the plan of care as necessary.+ Plan and assist with discharge, including education and recommendations for adaptive equipment.**What minimum requirements you'll need**Licensure / Certification / Registration:+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.+ Occupational Therapy (OT) license credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation prior to hire date or job transfer date required. A valid license pending letter will be accepted until license is issued.Education:+ Bachelor's degree required.
