We are seeking a mission-focused leader to own an enterprise-level IT Refresh portfolio, utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies and PMP best practices to ensure seamless delivery for complex customer environments. This isn't just a coordination role—it's a mission-critical leadership position where you will manage the critical path, drive PMO governance, and mentor a high-performing technical team.The Role Lead end-to-end IT Refresh program initiatives, owning the KPI for on-time delivery against the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Drive execution using Agile/Scrum practices—manage backlogs, lead daily stand-ups, run sprint planning sessions, and conduct post-sprint reviews for technical workstreams. Oversee the PMO portfolio across IT and business teams, ensuring rigorous governance, resource planning, and deployment sequencing. Manage cross-project dependencies and mitigate technical risks, providing data-supported recommendations to senior leadership. Provide day-to-day supervisory leadership, encompassing hiring, career enablement, performance counseling, and staff development for technical personnel.What You'll Need Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (Required). 9+ years of experience within operational IT environments, specifically leading large-scale enterprise IT refresh and infrastructure projects. Active Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically high-level Excel for data tracking, and experience managing complex schedules.
