Manager, Technology Program Management

Overview In this role you will oversee major programs to ensure technical, schedule, and cost performance, guiding subordinate PMs and directorates. You will lead proposals and support business development, manage budgets, and develop quality assurance across products and services. You’ll coordinate with vendors, forecast program financials, and deliver critical reports within a national security context. This is a hands-on leadership role shaping outcomes for high-impact programs.
