This pivotal role involves leading the development of advanced front-end applications that are integral to BNY Mellon's digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in Angular and modern web technologies to craft innovative, scalable, and secure digital solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. As a senior member of the team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver cohesive and impactful digital products. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of code quality, fostering continuous improvement, and mentoring junior developers to cultivate a high-performance development environment.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications in front-end development or relevant technologies are considered a plus. Typically, candidates should have between 5 to 9 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong emphasis on Angular frameworks. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies is mandatory. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills and a keen analytical mindset to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
