Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced, creative, and results-driven Director of Marketing to join our team. This strategic leader will drive our marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings fresh ideas to the table.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation:Develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies that generate high-quality buyer and seller leads. Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics for maximum ROI.Social Media Management & Content Creation:Plan, create, and oversee engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to build community, increase followers, and drive engagement.Brand Management:Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels, marketing materials, and client touchpoints. Strengthen and grow the brand presence in the local market.Event Planning & Coordination:Organize client appreciation events, open houses, community involvement initiatives, and sponsorship opportunities that enhance our team’s reputation and client relationships.Marketing Collateral:Oversee the design and production of print and digital marketing materials (flyers, mailers, presentations, listings promotions, etc.).Vendor & Budget Management:Manage relationships with marketing vendors, photographers, graphic designers, and printers.
