Marketing Manager

This position requires end-to-end ownership of marketing strategy and delivery—establishing direction and executing to drive growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Network Office MarketingCo-develop and implement the office-wide marketing and media relations planMaximize marketing budget to strategically engage clients and prospects in partnership with advisor expectationsPartner with corporate marketing on initiativesProvide graphic design and content development support for internal and external useMaintain the Network Office website and social media presence for the Managing PartnerDrive gifting initiatives for career advisors (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries)Develop and update all internal presentation materials for office wide meetingsAdvisor Engagement & ServicesManage a subscription based marketing consultation program for top advisors and teams that elevates their individual marketing efforts and business developmentLead, design and execute a strategic client/prospect engagement strategy centered around curated events, both large and small. Responsible for end-to-end event planning and follow upSupport advisor-led client experience events to boost retention and referralsManage advisor websites and execute ongoing content updates through CMSPlan, execute, and optimize advisor social media strategies to strengthen online presence and audience engagementBranding & Public RelationsBuild and promote the Northwestern Mutual brand across Kansas and MissouriMaintain consistency with national branding while creating local impactCreate and update marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, and videosQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience3+ years' experience in marketingAbility to multi-taskStrong verbal, written, and organizational skills
