Plus, with our expert finance, service, and parts centers in house, we are a one-stop dealership experience for all automotive needs.Essential FunctionsProtect Dealer Interests.Identify and engage service customers for potential sales.Appraise all warranty and customer pay vehicles and provide them with a complimentary CarFax and free appraisal. Present vehicle features, benefits, and promotions; assist with financing and trade-ins.Work with the sales team for smooth transitions from service to sales.Develop strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.Stay updated on vehicle models, features, and promotions.Maintain accurate records and process sales documentation.Document in the CRM all customer communications. Ensure a positive customer experience and address inquiries promptly.Maintains the dealership lot, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable. Assists with seasonal tasks such as snow removal to ensure customer safety and accessibility. Other duties may be assigned.Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in sales, customer service or a related field. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to understand and explain vehicle features and benefits. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Work Environment & Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The job is performed both indoors and outdoors. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
