Job Title: Office Manager Company: WC Foundation Experts Location: Van Buren, AR Pay: $19 per hour Schedule: Full-Time — 40 hours per week WC Foundation Experts is a growing foundation repair and crawl space company seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support our field and management teams. This role is essential to keeping our office organized, schedules running smoothly, and customers well cared for. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks Answer and route incoming calls and emails professionally Schedule inspections, projects, and follow-ups Prepare invoices, receipts, contracts, and track payments Coordinate with field crews and management on job scheduling Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Assist with payroll tracking and basic bookkeeping tasks Communicate with customers regarding payments, timelines, and project updates Create and post daily social media content for the company (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Support hiring paperwork and onboarding as needed Qualifications Previous experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant (construction or home services preferred) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Comfortable with invoicing, payments, and basic accounting processes Familiarity with social media posting and basic content creation Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Benefits $19 per hour Full-time, steady schedule (40 hours/week) Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing local company Supportive, team-oriented work environment How to Apply Apply through Indeed.
