ROLE OVERVIEWThe Music Festival Graphic Designer helps bring Social House festivals to life visually across digital and physical marketing channels. This role is responsible for designing promotional assets that drive ticket sales, build brand identity, and capture the energy of live events.The designer will create graphics used across social media, digital advertising, websites, email campaigns, print materials, and on-site festival signage. Working closely with marketing, digital, and social teams, this role helps translate each festivals brand into bold, high-impact visuals that connect with audiences.The ideal candidate understands music and festival culture, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can balance creative exploration with rapid production needs during active campaign periods.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESCampaign & Marketing DesignDesign promotional assets across festival marketing campaigns including social media graphics, digital ads, email visuals, and website assets.Develop artist announcement graphics, lineup posters, ticket promotion visuals, and campaign-specific creative.Create visual assets supporting ticket launches, lineup announcements, and festival countdown campaigns.Social & Digital ContentDesign graphics optimized for social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and short-form video environments.Collaborate with the Social Media team to create engaging content that aligns with festival voice and audience behavior.Produce creative variations for paid advertising campaigns in partnership with the Digital Marketing team.Print & On-Site MaterialsDesign print assets including posters, flyers, street marketing materials, signage, and festival collateral.Support the creation of on-site visual elements such as maps, informational signage, and branded experiences.Ensure visual consistency across digital and physical festival environments.Creative CollaborationWork closely with Brand, Social, and Digital teams to execute creative concepts across multiple campaigns and markets.Translate marketing strategy into visually compelling design that supports ticket sales and brand recognition.Contribute creative ideas that help festivals stand out visually in competitive entertainment markets.QUALIFICATIONS3-5 years graphic design experience in entertainment, music, lifestyle, and/or event marketing.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while communicating proactively about workload and timelines.Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social, and promotional design work.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.Experience designing for social media platforms and digital advertising formats.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Interest in music, culture, and live entertainment.IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILEStrong visual storyteller with a passion for music, culture, and live experiences.Comfortable designing both bold campaign visuals and high-volume production assets.Thrives in fast-moving environments where creative needs evolve quickly.Understands how design influences audience excitement and ticket sales.Collaborative team player who works closely with marketing, social, and digital teams.Pays attention to visual trends in music, nightlife, and entertainment culture.Excited by the opportunity to shape the visual identity of growing festival brands.Energized by the atmosphere and creativity surrounding live events. recblid zgoy9hvi08g21iukxuon3iu8c6vrsb
