Summer Graphic Design Intern (Hybrid – NYC)We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to join our team at PopUp Bagels this summer for our 10-week internship program. And our customers agree.What You'll DoSupport the Creative Director with a variety of print and digital design projectsCreate and update assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and printed materialsAssist with production design and preparing files for printMaintain brand consistency across all creative workHelp organize and manage design files and creative assetsCollaborate with internal teams to bring creative ideas to lifeParticipate in brainstorming and creative development sessionsGeneral Internship Program Expectations: ?Attend intern onboarding sessions, weekly departmental check-ins, and end-of-program presentations?Demonstrate ownership, curiosity, and professionalism while managing deadlines and deliverables.Communicate progress and ask questions proactively to ensure alignment and learning.What We're Looking For Junior or senior pursuing a degree in Graphic DesignStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience designing for both digital and printProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Strong understanding of layout, typography, and brand systemsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesPositive attitude and willingness to learn in a collaborative environmentStrong communication skillsBonus Skills (Not Required)Experience with Figma or other digital design toolsMotion graphics or basic animation skillsPhotography, illustration, or other creative specialtiesExperience preparing files for professional printingPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting and working at a computer to complete content development, scheduling, and communications tasks.Ability to communicate effectively via email, video conferencing, and in-person meetings (as applicable).Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 15 pounds (e.g., laptop, marketing materials, samples) if needed.Ability to occasionally travel locally for content capture, events, or shop visits (optional and based on role needs).DetailsLocation: New York City (Hybrid)Timing: Summer Internship, June - July 10 weeksCandidates should be able to work in NYC for the duration of the internshipPortfolio required?Department: Creative/Marketing Role type: HourlyPay: $19-21/hrAdditional Role Note:The duties of this position may change from time to time.
