Care Manager RN - Pediatric Cardiac Surgery

DescriptionThe Care Manager RN is responsible for managing patient populations with chronic illness and/or multiple co-morbidities. Required Qualifications:Coursework/Training: Graduation from an approved, accredited school of Nursing. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License 2 years of work experience in an RN role. Work experience revolving around medications and IV solutions in terms of purpose, administration, side effects and contraindications and administers according to established standards and provider orders. Experience managing complex patients in an ambulatory setting. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
