This is a highly visible role that combines platform administration, performance tuning, technical support, and analytics enablement.What You'll DoAdminister and support enterprise BI and reporting platforms across production and non-production environmentsMonitor and maintain platform stability, availability, and performancePerform SQL optimization, system tuning, backups, upgrades, and patchingManage BI platform security — user access, license administration, and complianceTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical and performance issuesPartner with developers, DBAs, and business stakeholders to support analytics initiativesMaintain technical documentation and support proceduresProvide mentorship and guidance to junior team membersWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field5+ years supporting BI, analytics, or reporting platformsHands-on expertise with Power BI and OBIEE/OACStrong SQL skills and experience with performance tuning and platform maintenanceSolid understanding of BI security, access management, and complianceStrong communication skills — comfortable working with both technical and business audiencesBonus PointsPower BI Administration experienceAdvanced degree in a technical or analytical disciplineEnterprise environment experience with high-availability systems
