You'll have access to ongoing training, mentorship, and up to $500 annually in learning assistance.Competitive Total RewardsWe offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:Health, dental, and vision coverageHealth Spending Account (HSA)401(k) with employer matchEmployee & Family Assistance ProgramComplimentary orthodontic treatment for you and your immediate familyUniform allowanceHourly pay range: $21.00$26.00/hourBalanced ScheduleFull-time, onsite role, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week).What You'll DoAs an Orthodontic Assistant, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality orthodontic care and creating a positive experience for every patient.Partner with orthodontists to provide exceptional clinical care and help patients achieve confident, healthy smiles.Capture and process accurate dental records, including x-rays, scans, and photos.Prepare patients and clinical areas for treatment, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow throughout the day.Educate patients and families on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment instructions.Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.Assist with lab duties and clinical materials as needed.Greet, seat, and support patients throughout their visit, helping them feel comfortable and at ease.Travel between i-Orthodontics locations to support patient care and team needs.About YouOrthodontic assisting experience preferred, but not necessaryKnowledge of clinical standards, infection control, and health and safety regulations.Willingness to learn and grow experience with orthodontic software is a plus, but we're happy to train.A genuine people person who connects easily with patients, parents, and teammates.Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable in a fast-paced environment.Flexible and comfortable traveling between office locations as needed.Ready to Grow with Us?If you're passionate about patient care, teamwork, and making a meaningful difference every day, we'd love to hear from you.
