Customer Service Specialist Role Overview Updating demographic, insurance, and provider information Collecting test results and processing supply orders Managing customer concerns, explaining policies, and supporting escalations Offering product guidance, technology assistance, and remote monitoring support Contributing to overall patient satisfaction and successful remote health outcomes MustHaves 2+ years of recent, highvolume call center experience Clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple websites and platforms Skilled in Microsoft Office and smart device usage Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable working in a fastchanging environment Job Responsibilities Handle highvolume inbound and outbound calls in a fastpaced call center environment Collect, document, and track patient INR results Follow call scripts and communication guidelines during patient interactions Contact physicians based on reporting preferences and organizational procedures Support patients in adhering to prescribed testing schedules Promote and assist with digital health platforms and technology tools Demonstrate working knowledge of devices used for INR testing and provide technical support as needed Maintain accurate time management, attendance, and schedule adherence Follow all regulatory, privacy, and security standards, including HIPAA compliance What's In It For You Crossfunctional collaboration with global teams Visibility to leadership and careergrowth opportunities Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Livermore, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
