To Apply for this Job Click HereSenior Integration & Data Engineer (Developer III)Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)Position SummarySenior, hands‐on role responsible for designing and delivering enterprise data integrations, ETL pipelines, and API‐based solutions supporting Red Classic team. Focused on Snowflake, SSIS, and .NET (C# / Blazor), with ownership of performance, scalability, and technical leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesData Engineering & IntegrationsDesign and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines (Snowflake, SQL Server, SSIS)Build and support data integration workflowsDevelop RESTful APIs using .NETEnsure data quality and consistencyApplication Development (.NET / Blazor)Develop and support .NET applications (C#, Blazor)Integrate with data platforms and APIsTroubleshoot application and integration issuesSolution Design & LeadershipDesign integration patterns (batch, real‐time, API‐driven)Contribute to architecture decisionsMentor developers and conduct code reviewsEnforce secure coding and data governanceAgile Delivery & OperationsParticipate in Agile ceremoniesCollaborate with business and cross‐functional teamsSupport production systems and performance optimizationModern Development PracticesLeverage GitHub Copilot and AI‐assisted developmentDrive engineering standards and efficiency improvementsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field8+ years development experience (data/integration focus)5+ years of Strong C#, .NET, and Blazor experience5+ years ETL experience (Snowflake, SQL Server, SSIS)5+ years of MS Azure Environment Development experience, including Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Repos, and Azure Pipelines.Strong SQL and data modeling skillsExperience working in Agile Environment on Scrum or Kanban TeamsProven leadership and mentoring abilityPreferred QualificationsAzure Data Factory or similar toolsGitHub Copilot or AI‐assisted development experienceData governance / PII handling experienceKey SkillsData engineering and integration expertiseScalable, high‐performance solution designStrong problem‐solving and communication skillsEffective collaborator and team playerTo Apply for this Job Click HereEqual Employment Opportunity StatementGravity IT Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
