Senior Product Manager Equine Technology Platform

The Senior Product Manager - Equine Technology Platform (Equinet) is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of Equinet's platform for the United States market. This role ensures the product aligns with real-world equine industry workflows and meets the needs of horse owners and equine professionals.The Senior Product Manager works cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to define product priorities, manage the product roadmap, and drive user adoption and engagement. This position plays a key role in ensuring the platform delivers value to users and supports Equinet's long-term growth.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDefine and manage the product strategy and roadmap for the U.S. marketGather and analyze feedback from horse owners, breeders, veterinarians, farriers, and stable managers to inform product decisionsTranslate user needs into clear product requirements and development prioritiesCollaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver product features and improvementsEnsure a consistent and user-friendly experience across mobile and web platformsMonitor product performance using key metrics such as user engagement, adoption, and retentionSupport product testing, validation, and feature rollout with pilot users and industry partnersCoordinate with internal teams to ensure product development aligns with business goals and market needsMaintain a clear and organized product backlog and prioritize development effortsContribute to the long-term vision and scalability of the Equinet platformQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred5–10 years of experience in Product Management or Product OwnershipEntrepreneurial / startup mindsetExperience developing or scaling SaaS, platform, or technology productsDemonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and operationsStrong understanding of product lifecycle management and roadmap planningExperience using data and user feedback to guide product decisionsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced or startup environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience in the equine industry, agriculture/AgTech, veterinary services, sports technology, or insuranceExperience working with platform or ecosystem-based productsFamiliarity with managing products used by multiple user groups or industry stakeholdersKey CompetenciesStrategic thinking and product visionUser-focused problem solvingStrong communication and collaboration skillsData-driven decision makingAbility to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment
