Inventory Control Associate We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Inventory Control Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting daily production operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with inventory experience who are looking to grow within a dynamic organization.Location: Tracy, CA Schedule: Thursday through Monday, 7:00 AM 3:15 PM Pay Rate: $18.75 per hourDuties:Perform daily inventory cycle counts and ensure accurate tracking of all inventoryMaintain FIFO (First In, First Out) practices throughout the facilityManage product requisitions for production and update inventory data in the warehouse management systemVerify product quality and quantity after receiving processes are completedCommunicate inventory needs with the Operations team to meet daily and weekly production goalsReport inventory changes and issues to the Inventory Control Team LeadTroubleshoot inventory discrepancies, product quality concerns, and yield issuesPerform additional duties as assignedRequirements:Ability to count and track product quantities (individual items, cases, and pallets)Strong communication skills, including listening, verbal, and written abilitiesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to follow detailed processes and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentMinimum 12 years of inventory control experience or related field (food service/produce preferred)Experience using inventory mobile devicesStand-up reach forklift experience is a plusTo apply or learn more about this opportunity, please contact: Nathaly Venegas Phone: 708-316-1505 Email: implementationteam@midwaystaffing.comMidway Staffing offers a comprehensive benefits package offering Medical, Dental, Vision and Life/AD&D benefit options to all eligible employees.
